A little history of "Reims Morlant Vintage Wine/Champagne" has a long history dating from the 1700s.

Ruinart, founded in Reims in 1729, is the world's first Champagne house, while Veuve Clicquot, also heavily associated with Reims, created the first vintage Champagne in 1810 and the first rosé Champagne in 1818. G.H. Martel is a Reims-based house, but the "Morlant" name is not a commonly known Champagne house in the region.

Veuve Clicquot: The inventor of vintage Champagne was founded in 1772 by Philippe Clicquot, the company is strongly associated with Reims.
